Ashton Timothy Ruscigno

When our 2nd child was 5 months old me and Tim wanted to add another baby to our family however we were expecting it to take a while seeing it took a while with my first 2 and since life was going great we started TTCing. when it came to February i was feeling VERY nauseated like extremely. and on Feb 10th i took a dollar store pregnancy test just to see and i 'thought' i saw a VERY faint line but i second guessed myself because we JUST started TTC. then on February 13th i had Tim go buy me  some pregnancy test 

they were the equate kind. and so i take 1 and bam theres another semi faint positive. so i took another and sure enough the same thing. i was literally in shock because that meant i got pregnant FIRST ATTEMPT.

we were expecting it to be like 4-5 months lol but nope i got prego the first try.

we were all pretty excited and nervous. you know all those feelings in 1 

I had an O.K pregnancy i guess. i did have bad morning sickness but that went away at 12 weeks!

I did have GD yet again and i was put back on insulin.

The rest of my pregnancy was PAINFUL. i have never had so much pain in my life i believe he was really laying on my pelvic bone because it felt BROKEN i mean it was bad i almost had to crawl to get around. i could roll over in bed or get up without wanting to scream i couldnt even put my pants on because lifting my legs were a killer. not to mention the horrible sciatic pain i was having the whole time as well.

My pregnancy was def the worst then my others

We had our big u/s in June and we found out we were having a boy. i kind of wanted a girl but then again it didn't matter because i already had 1 of each. so when they said boy i was pretty excited about it.

fast forwards to 35 weeks i went into preterm labor yet again and of course they stopped it

and on October 2nd 2008 i had my OB apt i was 36.7 weeks pregnant and i had told my dr about all the pains i was having and she checked me i was 4cm dilated so she went ahead and stripped my membranes to hopefully help things get going. i went home and i was cramping/contracting all day long my apt was at 10am so the crampy/contracting was lasting all day. i walked around my house for as long as i could then i went to bed around 10pm because nothing was progressing.

I wake up around 3am with painful contractions. so i grab my cell phone so i can keep track of the time they're about 4-5 mins apart so i dont want to wake up Tim just yet so i go take a warm bath and as i am sitting there the contractions get to be about 3-4mins apart so i get out and decided i need to wake up Tim. by that time i was in a lot of pain contracting every 3 mins. so i let my parents know that i am off to the hospital so they can watch the kids and we get there and they see that i am very much in labor so they get a wheel chair and wheel me to the ob triage. they nurses hooked me up to the monitors and then they check me and tell me i am 8cm dialted. WHAT i said to tim because we realized we FORGOT our bags lol so they take me to my room and i quickly ask for  the Epidural because i didnt want a natural childbirth i wantded the meds! so about 15mins later i get the epi and boy that was heaven Tim went home real fast to get my bags and my camera and while he was gone Ashtons heart rate was dropping so i had to be put on the oxygen mask for a while. which scared the crap outa Tim when he got back and then saw me w. oxygen. about 25mins later i had felt a lot of pressure in my butt so i told the nurse and she wanted to check me and sure enough i was fully dilated. this was around 6:45am.

they get us all prepped and i was totally feeling everything i had the urge to push but i was afraid cus lifting my legs were TOURTURE but i did it anyway and pushed 3 big pushes and bam there he was Ashton Timothy born on October 3rd 2008 @7:00am 

they laid him on my chest for a while i had tore again so they stitched me up and then awhile later they cleaned him off and he was 7lbs 9oz 21inches. exactly like his big brother. and he was born at 7:00am and his brother was born at 6:57am so my boys resembled that :)

We got to go home the next day since there was no problems with us!

he was such a great newborn baby!
